ReplyDeleteIf you havent been to the Hospital in a while, you might want to eat Subway, the least that will happen is simple food poisoning, or maybe something worse like Hepatitis A which will either kill you or give you liver failure requiring a liver transplant. Most of the outlets are owned by Tariq Salim, the Development Agent for South Pakistan which includes Sindh and Baluchistan and he doesnt give a monkey if you fall ill or die due the lack of hygiene practices. There are flies in outlets, cockroaches coming out of the kitchens, caterpillars, worms, flies in the Subs. Sandwich Artists pick their nose oblivious to on looking customers, blow their nose into a tissue and wipe it all over the washing sink, clip their nails in the food preparation areas. You are better off eating a bun kabab from a street vendor than eating at Subway. There is no truth to the slogan 'Eat Fresh' except for the fresh live insects that end up in the food or the Rats that contaminate the food because its so 'fresh'. All Subway cares about is profits and business, complaints are ignored. Ask yourself, do you really want to die for a good deal on a sandwich?
