The best ice cream parlor of Islamabad is none other then Hot Spot. It is the HardRock Cafe styled ice-cream parlor in Gol Market near Jinnah Super. The somewhat eccentric setting, dominated by posters from horror films, adds to the atmosphere.
The inspiration for Hot Spot Islamabad appears to have been drawn from a diverse range. It looks like European , Italy and American-style theme restaurants. Though the Menu has now increased from just ice-cream to milkshakes,ples,sandwiches and plenty more, the place feel still has the feel of an ice-cream joint.
